The OSH Information Centre comprises of the NIOSH Library. This collection of over 4,000 titles is one of the most comprehensive OSH collections in Malaysia. The reference Library is open to the public and membership is for NIOSH member only. A self-service photocopy machine is available.

Library services include:
1. Comprehensive collection of references including publications, journals, video tapes, newspaper cutting, CD-ROMs and other OSH materials
2. Sale of OSH related publications, especially OSH legislature, guidelines, and manuals.
3. Sale of OSH promotional materials including posters, video tapes, CDs, PPEs and signages.
4. General consultation on OSH problems and issues
5. Orders for OSH publications from local and overseas publishers
