Format inspection as monthly inspection kan? bukan yang annual tu, betul tak? The inspection not requird to be done by Hygiene Tech, sape2 pun boleh just as long dah dilatih..

U bole refer DOSH guideline on that. The format is as simple as a checklist form.
1. Hood - to inspect there is no abrassion, corrosion, dent or other damage, no obstruction, the design and suction flow of smoke test..

..and it goes on until the stack..ok? otai2 lain, correct me if I'm wrong, pls..

yang saya maksudkan contohnya asap kereta ada yang very light hampir tak nampak selalunya kereta baru, dah lama sikit asap kelabu makin lama hitam ........

dalam acgih dier generalise je guideline so kite kena buat own assessment dalam menentukan loading contaminant to the lev system........macam fume ada area very minimum, ada area medium ada area putih pekat je fume so own assessment kena ada tapi nak estimate rasenya macam takde je formula dalam acgih tu.......

kalau ada jumpa kat buku2 lain sila share..........
