OBJECTIVES:-
The objective of the seminar is to raise awareness of the importance of the health and well-being of the working population. And the seminar aims to transfer knowledge to employers and employees and provide them with the skills to tackle and solve any current and future workplace health problems.

INTRODUCTION
Back pain is pain felt in the back that usually originates from the muscles , nerves bones , joints or other st ructures in the spine. Nowadays, many employees exposed to back pain due to lack of awareness and information on back protection. Therefore, this one day seminar introduce the concept of back injuries, back pain protection and prevention.

In this seminar also you have opportunity to get all information about risk factor and causes of back pain and be able to justify good posture at the workplace in order to protect your health as wel l as for greater efficiency and productivity.

performing manual handling, office workers, nurses and so on.
