The theme for BOSH 2017 is “Enhancing OSH for Business Competitiveness”, which is in line with the nation’s aspiration to nurture a preventive OSH culture. Enhancing OSH for Business Competitiveness is indeed a challenge that requires strong commitment, long-term and continuous improvement process. It involves the cultivation of constructive changes in both the behaviour and attitude of all parties, especially employers and workers.
Occupational safety and health (OSH) is good for business as well as being a legal and social obligation. Enterprises appreciate that OSH prevents people from being harmed or made ill through work, but it is also an essential part of a successful business, your most serious content on the front page, and your lighter content inside.
