Qualifications :

* Possess Bachelor in Engineering/ Science/ Occupational Safety & Health/ Public Administration/ Business Management or any related field recognized by the Government from Public/ Private Higher Education Overseas/ local University/ Institute;

* Possess valid driving license (B2/ D);

* Independent and able to work under minimum supervision;

* Good personal and communication skills;

* Experience in Occupational Safety & Health is an advantage.

Contract Executive at Information Dissemination Division (IDD), Bandar Baru Bangi.

Please be informed that there is a vacancy at Information Dissemination Division (IDD), Bandar Baru Bangi. Details are as follows :

Possess Bachelor's Degree in Library Science/ Management, Information Science/ Information Management, Communications, or any related field recognized by the Government from Public/ Private Higher Education Overseas/ local University/ Institute;
Minimum 2-3 years of experiences in Library Science/ Management, Information Science/ Management, Communications, Graphic Designer/ Multimedia;
Strong knowledges/ experiences of library management system and related technologies, proficiency in using library cataloging and classification systems, comprehensive writing/translating/proof reading and designing/multimedia skills for NIOSH Information Dissemination activities;
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, leadership and members;
Accountability, precision, accuracy, creativity, independent and critical thinking required;
Presentable, good interpersonal skills and confident;
Possess valid driving license (B2/ D) is an advantage.
