- Possess Bachelor's Degree in Library Science/ Management, Information Science/ Information Management, Communications, or any related field recognized by the Government from Public/ Private Higher Education Overseas/ local University/ Institute;
- Minimum 2-3 years of experiences in Library Science/ Management, Information Science/ Management, Communications, Graphic Designer/ Multimedia;
- Strong knowledges/ experiences of library management system and related technologies, proficiency in using library cataloging and classification systems, comprehensive writing/translating/proof reading and designing/multimedia skills for NIOSH Information Dissemination activities;
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, leadership and members;
- Accountability, precision, accuracy, creativity, independent and critical thinking required;
- Presentable, good interpersonal skills and confident;
- Possess valid driving license (B2/ D) is an advantage.
