Research and Development

About Us

NIOSH has now introduced research and development (R&D) activities as one of its core functions. To do that, the Research Management Center (RMC) was established to carry out all R&D activities and services at NIOSH.

RMC responsibility:

  • To coordinate research projects through effective monitoring approaches
  • To foster various discipline of OSH research in accordance with NIOSH priority
  • To enable and expedite high-impact research through collaboration and partnership
  • To disseminate research outcome to all relevant stakeholders

The Outcome-Based Research Grant:

The grant (both by NIOSH Driven and Industry Driven) were introduced with the aims and intended research focus areas as follows:

Tujuan soal selidik ini adalah bagi mendapatkan maklumat dan maklum balas daripada pihak berkepentingan yang akan menjadi asas kepada pembangunan bidang fokus penyelidikan atau Malaysian Research Initiative for National Agenda (MaRINA) bagi tahun 2021-2025 dalam bidang Keselamatan dan Kesihatan Pekerjaan (KKP).
